Previous service, the first time for my new vehicle, oil change and tire rotation was not done correctly. After the tire rotation the TPMS reset procedure was not done. I was showing low psi in the driver's side rear but it was not low. It was actually the passenger side front tire that was low. It was not noticed until the vehicle was brought in for the second oil change.

Was happy with my new set of tires. Not very happy with the communication and how they left their mess in my car. Never have had a problem with getting work done there and will only ever take my car there but this time they did not call to communication with me when my car was done and did not let me know whether or not I was going to need brake and/ or when I will be due for them. I had to call and find out if my car was ready so I can get it before they closed. The plastic was still on the seat and a key had fallen off my key ring and instead of putting it in the cup holder or letting me know about it I found it on the passenger side floor.

Well, the diagnostic fee charged was inappropriate. I diagnosed my car telling them what was wrong with it. That being said a diagnostic fee should not have been charged. It ended up being exactly what I said! Well the car is fixed and paid for but I do think you should reevaluate this policy that it is an extra charge for the customer and has to be charged. Let’s work together!

Had an 8am appointment for new tires and an alignment and it took over 3 hours. I feel like that’s a bit excessive. Quality of work has always been amazing but it’s taking longer and longer every time I come in for something. Even the last time I was in for an oil change with an appointment, it took over 2.5 hours. Please just be a little more mindful of our time when we have appointments :(

Dunns were very helpful had a safety concern with my 2025 Corvette the frunk opened when I was driving out of my driveway. They spent time looking at it and after testing and going over it with me decided it was operator error.

I was having trouble with my old, but well-kept, HHR going over 60. I thought it was because of a bent rim, snagged on a pothole earlier that month. It turned out that I had multiple other issues. When the wrong wheels were ordered my vehicle, meaning that repairs would take more than a week, Dunn gave me a loaner vehicle so that I could still work and see family. I feel that, though I got a tremendous amount of work done, I received a fair price and very good service. I am going to switch back to being a Dunn customer. The warmth that I felt lacking years ago was evident in spades, and I am incredibly satisified and happy with my experience at Dunn.

I brought my 2024 Trax in without an appointment because the engine light came on. They said they weren't sure they could get to it that day and that was fine since I just showed up. It ended up having a bad fuel injector which in itself scares me since it only has 25K miles. They had it for a couple weeks but I was given a loaner. The problem was when I came to get it there were white blobs on the hood and right side. It looked like paint. Amy said I could leave it and they would look at it, because I said I didn't bring it in with that on it. I think his name was Mason who said he would ask if they took it for a test drive and maybe that's how it got on there I came back the next day and there were still a couple spot of white paint ( I was told by the detailing person it was paint). Mason preceded to tell me that he checked and they did not take it for a test drive so apparently I brought it in with paint on it. I have never done anything like that and never will, I am not that kind of person and to be told that was rather upsetting.

It was timely and we were out with a clean car too.

I got there about 9:30a.m., I went to the waiting area. I wanted to get a cup of coffee, but what was left wasn't much and smelled old. I would have made a fest pot, but everything was locked, so I couldn't. I would have loved a cup of coffee, but by the time my car was done, about 40 minutes later someone had just started to make a fresh pot of coffee. Too late for me. Other then that everything was fine!

The staff was friendly and tried to be accomodating. I scheduled a recall for my 6.2 engine, but come to find out that they need to keep my truck all day and possibly the next. I was not imformed of this at the time of scheduling and there were no loaner cars available. I had to reschedule two weeks out.

Had a couple of problems that needed to be fixed under warranty. First one got fixed. The second one is a rattle in the cabin area. The service writer told me they could not hear a rattle when you drive over roughish bumps. They never test drove it in my opinion. You would have to be deaf not to hear it. Anyone riding in my truck can hear it. I don't think people want to take the time out to find the rattle. Just tell the customer its not there. This is very sad in my opinion. We need the old timers back. They would look until they found it.

Mike did an great job searching for my vehicle. Called me to let me know where we were in the process and got a better loan rate than any other dealer in the area. Awesome job!!!

Great job on getting vehicle I wanted

I called in the morning and was offered an evening appointment at 5:30 which work out very well for me I usually make appts early in the morning I notice the atmosphere was a lot less busy.

I am very disappointed in how I was charged for the repair that I requested. I do not feel that a diagnosis fee of $149.95 is appropriate at all considering I was able to tell them the actual issue. Then to be charged an additional $165 labor/installation fee for the $20 switch is ridiculous. I feel quite taken advantage of and will not get actual repairs again without getting a second opinion from other places.

Brought it in for a oil change and they never changed the oil had 9:00 o’clock appointment they called at 2:30 said the car was done said they fixed a leak in the front driver side tire next morning it was down 8 lbs

Oil change, tire rotation and multi point inspection. I was surprised when tey rotated the tires, they didn't adjust tire pressures to the specs, I had to do it afterward. Also I thought dealersships washed your car prior to returning it. Maybe that is only done in Cadillac dealerships.

My only complaint was that I told them I didn’t need a tire rotation, I had just had new tires installed 3 weeks prior. The rotated them anyway, which took longer and I was in a hurry because I had another appointment that day .

Brought my truck in for the body shop which I'd give 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐! My truck has a very small oil leak so I brought in for warranty! Service writer/advisor wanted to charge $150 "diagnosis fee" and said the leak wasn't big enough for warranty!!

Got estimate for new tires, quick quote, and good price.

The service experience was very good as usual. One of the reasons I come back. Mason, the service advisor was courteous and kept me informed when my vehicle was ready. The only thing I can say in a negative is the price for the LOF and tire rotation. The service special shows this as $79.95, so when tax is added I would expect around $85. The final bill was $93.23 by the time all the adders like supplies and waste disposal are added on. When advertising the initial $79.95, I would expect all those extra costs already figured in.

Scheduled an oil change and tire rotation. Car was taken back as soon as I dropped it off and was completed in less than an hour. Everything went as well as expected.

When i leased the vehicle i was told to come in at 5000 miles for first oil change. After getting oil change there is a sticker on windshield for oil change at next 3000 miles. The manual says 5000 to 7500 miles per oil change. So which is it ?

It was okay. I had a problem with tire pressure. They said it was the cold weather. If so, why was it only one tire? No answer. They also said I would need tires soon, but they did not have them in stock.

Didn't call me when my car was finished. I had to call off work because of that. I received the call to pick it up 8:00 am the next morning you cost me 12 hours of work plus attendance pay!

My oil change was quick. My seat was even in the correct position when I got back in my car (I’m short & usually have to readjust the seat 1st thing). Everyone was friendly too

My car has been in your shop over a month and I left a voice mail for Jay Dunn last week and no reply.

1. Your published prices for an oil change is misleading. I was charged an additional $35.00 for "labor" that should have been part of the oil change price. 2. Your "Safety Check" is nothing but a "boiler plate form" with everything checked in green. I had three tires that were under inflated, no fluids were topped off, the computer was not reset to reflect 100%, etc. In my opinion, there is no way a mechanic could do a complete 100 point safety check plus change the oil and filter in 38 minutes. 3. The "mechanic" that provided the service is a slob. Oil was spilt all over the front of my engine while removing the filter and was never cleaned off, causing the smell of burnt oil inside the cabin. 4. There is no need to respond to this reply. I have decided to not return to your " service center" and will seek an honest and qualified shop that actually provides quality customer service.

I was never notified before Y’all went on Holiday that my vehicle was completed. My vehicle sat outside in the weather on New Years Eve and Day. I had to call on Friday to see if it was completed. I know it was done because I had to get something out of it on New Year’s Day.

My problem with my tire was solved quickly and to my satisfaction.

Simple oil change. Check the computer for error codes. Tech found air cleaner needed replaced. Suggested replacing battery soon. In and out in 45 minutes!

Everytime they put 36 pounds of air in my tires. I have noticed this before leaving the last 4 times and had it resolved. Why can't you put the correct air pressure in my tires?

Was told my car was covered under warranty then called 3 house later to be told it wasn't. And would be charged more than what I could have done the work for myself not including labor costs. Upon receiving the car issues I had listed were still wrong with the car.

Timimg was perfect .Arrived at 12:50 p.m. and left at 2:05 p.m. Both key fobs needed new batteries and that was completed while my car was being serviced!!!
